The colorful inflorescence is a short scape of deep rose bracts and rose red petals. Discovered by Roberto Kautsky in Domingos Martins, Espirito Santo, Brazil, 1973. Grows as a twig epiphyte in partial shade. In cultivation it likes good air circulation and moderate watering. Not for full sun. This plant had been listed on C. I. T. E. S.
