a slight overlap on one side of the dog clip which looks like it has always been this way

The top of one side of the hinge is a tiny bit out of alignment but again not at all noticeable when worn but should be mentioned

Makers mark: H G & S - for Henry Griffiths & Sons- prolific jewellers from the mid 1800s- this is their makers mark used in the early Twentieth Century

Condition: In very good antique condition - the dog clip is well aligned and opens and closes perfectly with a good sprung hinge
