Ethiopia Ayla Bombe (004) Grind:Batch Brewer allowing us to refine ourFrom the highlands of Sidama, Ayla expresses the grace and altitude of time. Grown on small, organic plots beneath native shade trees and and nourished by the Bonora river, this lot of the kebele of Bombe is slow ripened and handpicked with care. Each cherry tells the story of a community deeply rooted in craft. Clean, sweet and softly floral Ayla is Ethiopia at its most elegant.
