Made from old vine Gamay with whole cluster carbonic maceration and aged in large old foudre, it shows vibrant notes of stewed strawberry, rhubarb, and black fruit layered with herbs, smoke, and mineral spice. Medium bodied with bright acidity and fine tannins, its a soulful Beaujolais that balances charm and depth, perfect to enjoy now or over the next few years.
