An awesome mix of creamy pear notes with gingersnap, spearmint, and cinnamon. Grenache Blanc is low acid so the Picpoul adds a little bite and the Roussanne offers some of its round, tangy fat to the mix. There is some lees aging which adds nice depth. It walks an impressive tightrope between rich and elegant, and ends with a salty, savory
