I no longer pray, I howl Realism An original unframed painting ofMud, ground limestone, tumeric and gesso on wooden panel 40 x 45 cm This piece was created while listening to Women Who Run With the Wolves by Clarissa Pinkola Ests, a book that taps into the essence of the wild woman and celebrates our free spirit. It embodies the pursuit of freedom, both physically and emotionally. The process was painstaking and deliberatemuch like the journey to break free from social conditioning. Layering gesso and meticulously
