It's part of a limited edition print collection of food and nature focused photographs taken by the photographer Helen Cathcart as part of her work with food writer and cookbook author Rosie Birkett. Many of these photographs were taken during the shoot for Rosie's last cookbook 'The Joyful Home Cook' and were captured in the seaside
